Description
The view here is from a slight rise of the hill outside the swimming pool area. Trees and shrubs surround the area, but people can be seen in the outdoor pool. At the far end of the pool is one building, and on the far right side is a large building with the name "Municipal Plunge" on the wall. There were eleven different municipal plunges in the city, used by 412,774 swimmers during the year. People wearing white hats in the photo are those who don't know how to swim.
