Description: Developed in 1961, and pictured here circa 1965, the 526-unit Mobil Country Club mobile home community occupied 64 acres on Highway 50 at Citrus and Coloma Roads. The site, billed as a luxury mobile home park, featured swimming pools and recreational buildings.
