Photograph caption dated August 15, 1956 reads "Mrs. Barbara Mihich, 24, of 6518 Greenbush Ave., Van Nuys, charged with holding police at bay with shotgun, rifle and revolver, is shown as she entered municipal court today with Atty. Joseph Ash. She got dander up because husband William cut her tresses. Police brought her out of house with tear gas bombs. She will stand preliminary hearing Aug. 28."
