O'Brien, president of Pacoima Memorial Lutheran Hospital, and on right, the Rev. John G. Simmons, president of San Fernando Valley Lutheran Hospital Association. Lutheran group, formed from 42 Lutheran churches in San Fernando Valley, will operate and manage the 100-bed hospital. O'Brien and Simmons are also co-chairmen for $700,000 Valley drive."
