Description
Sacramento County grant deed for a tract of land. Highlighted portion of deed reads: any part thereof; that no Negro, Japanese or Chinese, and no person of African or Mongolian descent shall own or occupy any part of said premises.
Collection consists of drafts and notes for narratives on Asian Americans, photographs, exhibit items, artifacts, publications, and audio and visual material accumulated by Wayne H. Maeda, instructor and founding member of Asian American Studies at Sacramento State.
