Description
Photograph caption dated August 4, 1958 reads, "Seventeen members of Boy Scout Explorer Post 3 of North Hollywood arrive in North Hollywood with adult sponsors after 9,000-mile, month-long trip to Alaska. They traveled as far north as Kenai Peninsula, visiting Fairbanks and Anchorage on way. They said they drove through forest fires and rain part of way. North Hollywood Optimist Club were sponsors."
