Description
Photograph caption dated January 22, 1964 reads, "This view of Disneyland's Indian Village in Frontierland shows how the proposed 22-story Sheraton Hotel, although 1800 feet away, would still tower above the trees destroying the backwoods illusion for passengers aboard the riverboat Mark Twain and many other Park visitors. The drawing of the hotel is based on surveys made by Disneyland engineers and the developers' proposals to the Anaheim City Council."
