Description: Two men cross First street in front of the Montgomery Hotel while beyond them a streetcar has just passed the hotel heading south on First Street. A truck is parked in front of the hotel. On the right a man rides a bicycle. The Montgomery Hotel opened in 1911. In January 2000, the hotel was moved south 186 feet on First Street to accommodate the Fairmont Hotel Annex. It reopened as a small boutique hotel in July 2004. San Antonio Street where the bicyclist is riding is now the Paseo de San Antonio pedestrian walkway.
