Photograph caption dated June 24, 1954 reads, "Eberhard Anheuser, left, board chairman for Anheuser-Busch, Inc., and August A. Busch Jr., president, drink a toast at the ceremonies opening Budweiser's new Valley home. Two are grandsons of 102-year-old brewery founders." The article partially reads, "Budweiser Beer's new 'Home in the West' at 15800 Roscoe Blvd., Van Nuys, began operations today after formal opening ceremonies, attended yesterday by civic and business leaders of Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley. On hand to officially get the brewing underway at the new $20,000,000 unit of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., were Eberhard Anheuser, grandson of one of the founders, and August A. Busch, Jr., who is great-grandson of the original Anheuser and a grandson of Adolphus Busch, the other co-founder."
