Photograph of a painting by Einar Corsten Petersen, depicting "Spaniards and Squaw", [s.d.]. The painting, which appears to be a watercolor, shows a Native American at center with a papoose and child on her back. Spanish missionaries and conquistadors come to greet her on horseback from the distance, with one standing to her immediate right, gesturing. One of the missionaries holds a cross. Spelling on picture file card reads: "Spanards and Squaw".
