There is a large, domed clock tower protruding from the middle of the symmetrical building, and a large curved tower in the middle. The sides of the structure are overgrown with plants, and the iron grille around the elevator is visible at center. The large cylindrical columns supporting the overhang of City Hall are visible in the foreground.
