Description
Susan Bernard discusses her book, “Bernard of Hollywood’s Marilyn.” She begins by explaining that her father Bruno Bernard was a famous Hollywood photographer who had a close relationship with Marilyn Monroe. She talks about how her father helped Monroe to get film contracts and magazine covers. She discusses some of the plastic surgeries Monroe had and the alterations to her physical appearance. Bernard describes how her father immigrated to the United States after fleeing Nazi Germany. She ends the interview by talking about how she had met Monroe on a safari with her father.
