Description
Photograph of a birdseye view of the flooded dirt intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue in Los Angeles, [s.d.]. The intersection is at center and is composed of two streets, one which runs from left to right, and another which runs from the foreground to the background. Many early-model automobiles can be seen on the roads and parked along the edges. In the foreground at left, a large streetcar can be seen. Two- and three-story buildings can be seen along the roads, and they house a variety of shops. A maze of utility wires is visible overhead. Legible signs include, from left: "First National Bank", "Hollywood Boulevard", "Robertson Company", "Federal Bank", and "Drugs".
