Description
This is a window display of Catalina swimsuits at The Fashionette store located at 1323-27 North Lake Avenue. According to the 1955 Pasadena City Directory, the women's clothing store was owned by Mrs. Agnes E. Haab who resided at the rear of 2835 Casitas Avenue in Altadena. This photograph was taken on May 23, 1955, and was commissioned by Life Magazine. The original negative was badly damaged and is no longer available.
