Description
Photograph of two young boys seated near the ruins of a railroad bridge, ca.1915. The remains of the brick bridge still partially span a shallow stream, although the section of the bridge that has fallen has effectively dammed up the water flow. The thick iron rails of the track are bent upward at left. The two boys are seated on rubble from the fallen bridge at left, near where the twisted metal guardrail from the bridge has fallen.
