S. Hand, left, chamber president; city councilman, Lemoine Blanchard, center, and Charles W. Crawshaw, right, member of chamber's parking committee. Crawshaw said there will be spaces for 320 cars and with maximum one-hour parking, lots could accommodate 2,632 cars per day."
