Photograph caption dated July 12, 1965 reads, "Appropriately dressed for a Sunday party, Tami, the horse, gets a sample of the menu from Mrs. Ralph Frank at a party thrown yesterday at Dincara Stables, 806 S. Mariposa Ave., Burbank, in honor of the recent adoption of a horse zone by the Burbank City Council. More than 300 guests attended the party, including Mr. Ed of television fame and, of course, the Burbank City Council."
