Title supplied by cataloger. The structure at 3350 Wilshire was originally the home of Marco Hellman. Up until around 1950, it was occupied by the Samaritan Institution, a treatment center for alcoholics. It was replaced by another structure in 1957. Looking southwest across the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Catalina Street. A Foster and Kleiser billboard is seen outside of 3350 Wilshire (left) and the three 12-story office buildings of Tishman Plaza (later Central Plaza) at 3440, 3450, and 3460 Wilshire Boulevard are seen right of center.
