Photograph caption dated May 3, 1955 reads "Mike S. Shea, 17, right, Burbank, who outscored four other youths in finals of Junior Achievement national sales contest in St. Louis, gets congratulations from Kenneth A. Pruss, J. A. program director, as he boards TWA plane. Mike will receive $500 scholarship." Junior Achievement is a non-profit youth organization formed in 1919 to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.
