Description
Republican mural, Whiterock Road, Ballymurphy, West Belfast, 1988. Mural based on cartoon by Republican cartoonist Cormac; tells story of conversion of apolitical bystander to Sinn Féin activist as a result of British actions in Northern Ireland. Story begins with TV spewing forth and comment, 'So I always looked the other way', ends with phone call to Sinn Féin HQ Belfast (622112).
