Probable date and artist based on reference in Spangenberg, Amazing American Circus Poster, page 164. "382"--text, top right margin. "Litho. in U.S.A."--text, bottom left margin. "Strobrg."--text, handwritten in pencil, bottom right margin. "[Strobridge Litho] Co. Cin'ti & N.Y"--text, bottom right margin, covered by date sheet.
