Article announces the publication of the Chamber of Commerce Committee formed to investigate conditions in the Owens Valley and provide solutions for the area in its conflict with the City of Los Angeles over the Los Angeles Aqueduct. Article summarizes the committee's three solutions and provides a transcript of the report. Comments made by president of the Board of Water and Power Commissioners Reginaldo Francisco Del Valle are included. Bottom of article contains a short update on the trial of W. W. and Mark Q. Watterson, both Inyo county bankers.
