Black and white photograph showing a group of three European missionaries from the Primitive Methodist Missionary Society sitting on a river-bank in Nigeria. The group poses on tree stumps. Two women and one man make up the group. This image comes from a photograph collection kept by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Methodist Hospital run by the Primitive Methodist Missionary Society at Ama Achara, southeast Nigeria, from 1921 to 1944.
