Description
Shown are some of the dozens of persons living on the sidewalk in the 1200 block of South Hope Street in downtown Los Angeles. They say they are afraid to return to their rooms in the Hotel Morrison because the Whittier quake made them unsafe. They have, they say, no place to go. Photo dated: October 6, 1967.
