Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the third Los Angeles High School, showing streetcar, ca.1925. The four-story brick building of the high school is shown at a distance in three sections: the main section of the building runs the width of the image and does not extend past four stories. At the center of this, a section of tower houses the main entrance, capped at its four corners by minarets. It adds an extra story. The third section is pictured at the far right and extends perpendicularly from the main building. It is three stories tall. In the forebround, a 1925 streetcar can be seen parked along the Olympic Boulevard, which passes the high school. In front of this, a narrow dirt path runs down the left side of a large, well-trimmed lawn.
