Photograph caption dated April 6, 1959 reads, "Civic leaders admire the palatial Oasis House at 16706 Knollwood Dr., Knollwood Estates, currently open to the public for the benefit of the Valley Youth Foundation. Visitors at the property serve the double purpose of seeing an ultra-modern estate and also helping bring much-needed funds to the Youth Foundation. Standing at left Mrs. William Wilkerson, vice president Les Gardiennes Guild, with Wallace MacDonald, president MacDonald Company, right."
