Shows dirt road, automobile, homes in background. McCurry no. 6001 -- view 3 (2010-1625). McCurry no. 6029 -- view 4 (2010-1626). Shows road, water tower, train stop with sign "Riverbank", automobile on road. McCurry no. 6012 -- view 5 (2010-1627). Tree-lined road, automobile. McCurry no. 5192. West Sacramento Company incorporated in 1910 for purpose of developing land west of Sacramento River. Between 1910 and 1913 completed reclamation project that included construction of levees, irrigation system, roads. In 1911 organized area as Reclamation District 900. Built experimental road in Riverbank (Bryte) using Portland cement and sand. Also have negative: no. 26,881 (view 3, 4x5 in.), 26,882 (view 4, 4x5 in.)
