Looking north up Vermont Avenue, just south of Venice Boulevard. Seen are commercial buildings, billboards, including two by Foster and Kleiser (one is blank, photograph edited, and the other is promoting Walt Disney's film, "Dumbo"). Photograph dated February, 1942.
