Cupressus sempervirens. Two very excellent specimens in front of the old Catholic church at Columbia near Sonora, California. This region posseses a number of specimens of this species and all have a very beautiful columnar form. Seeds were collected from the trees shown in this picture by E. Fritz. March, 1929.
