Description
This is what actor Alan Reed refers to as "Appendix A" in his open letter to Sid Gold. In that letter, he states that he received these three pages of typed notes from someone within the U.S. government as response to his inquiry about whether the government was tracking him as a communist sympathizer. References are made to "People's World" and "I. A. Office" and the envelope is similarly marked.
