Description: Copy of telegram sent to Mark Q. Watterson telling him to see the Los Angeles Times from December 11, 1924 in which Van Norman falsely denies the Big Pine Property Owners Association rejection of the city proposal and instructing him to have J. D. Black type two copies of the association meeting minutes with a resolution and the names of members who voted yes.
