Description: Mrs. Herbert A. Hitchins strides gracefully onto the floor of the Cocoanut Grove of the Ambassador Hotel on April 23, 1955, wearing the "most exotic" headdress of the Las Floristas 17th Annual Floral Headdress Ball. Title of the headpiece was "Butterfly Aerialist," queen of the circus.
