Description
The white arrow points to the section of a barbed-wire fence, near the Glendale Airport, which was torn down by neighborhood residents who tried to reopen a blocked-off road. The dotted lines show the road. The black arrows point to the end of the blocked-off area. The citizens' action resulted in a row on May 30, 1946, in which two men were arrested.
