Description
Photograph of a northward view of San Fernando Road and Tunnel Station Bridge after the completion of Foothill Boulevard, ca.1934. The narrow bridge is at left and crosses a deep gorge traveled by Southern Pacific Railway. Foothill Boulevard can be seen running from right to left, where it intersects San Fernando Road. Large hills can be seen in the background. They are sparely covered by large trees and bushes. A truck can be seen on San Fernando Road at left.
