[Side A]: (0:00 - 21:00) Harvey Wheeler proposes a question, which brings critiques of the United States' involvement in the Vietnam War. (21:00-1:00:06) interview of Steve Weissman, a UC Berkeley student who was very involved during the Free Speech Movement. He was interviewed by KPFA reporter Elsa Knight Thompson. Weissman recalls that no one was hospitalized after the demonstration. Makes announcements of a teach-in and march to be held in San Francisco Civic Center. [Side B] (0:00-15:55) program called "Consumer Protection" by John Hopkins that talks about the latest advertising gimics. (15:58-23:59) "Planned Obsoletism and Standardization" by Coleston Warren, president of the Consumer Union; speech given at the meeting of the program advisory committee of the Consumer Console of California.
