Description
It's a bitter-sweet combination of necessity and dignity that's giving impoverished areas of Mexico a new face. All the Mexicans needed was a spark. And that spark, provided by the Alliance for Progress, has ignited more than 4000 projects in Mexico. The program spawned the Community Development Foundation which gives all the stimulus required to help Mexicans help themselves.
