Photograph Men in a tavern in Southern California, ca.1890-1900. A group of at least sixteen men can be seen in the saloon. Some are standing at the bar. Some are sitting at two tables. The bartender, behind the bar, is wearing a vest and toasting the camera with a drink in his right hand. A mirror hangs behind the bar. Several pictures hang on the wall. The floor is made of wooden planks. Legible signs include: "Lemp, St. Louis lager beer". Possibly in San Juan Capistrano or Arizona.
