Description
Scrapbook/photo album created by the San Jose Exchange Club to document their annual Toys for Joy Christmas holiday toy drive, co-sponsored by the Santa Clara County Oil Industry Information Committee. "More than 400 service stations in Santa Clara County will be collection points for the drive." (As of 1954, the name appears to have changed to "Toys for Tots," with the addition of a "Toys for Tots Queen.") One of 15 scrapbooks created by the Exchange Club of San Jose documenting the organization's community service projects in the 1950s.
