At center, a large ditch sectioned off by wooden planks is visible. To the left of the ditch, a row of concrete pipe sections can be seen. A group of men stand between the row of pipe sections and the ditch at center. A large machine is visible at the center of the group. In the background at center, two additional groups of men can be seen near the sections of pipe. In the extreme background at left, groups of homes can be seen at the base of a large hill spotted with vegetation.
