Photograph caption dated May 16, 1957 reads, "C. M. Chaney, Canoga Park beekeeper and honey distributor, turns smoke on bees to stun them before he attempts to remove them from tenant quarters on ranch at 17111 Plummer St., Northridge. Chaney was sought because insects had 'taken over.'"; See images #00125950 through #00125953 for all photos in this series.
