Description
Lease describes agreement terms beginning January 1, 1939 ending December 31, 1939 for 12.8 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro with a yearly rent of $320. Lease is signed by the company and lessee. Additional typescript added to the lease referring to alien land laws and the company's policy to maintain record of birth certificates or naturalization documents as a part of the agreement.
