Photograph article dated August 24, 1964 partially reads, "Canoga Park Chamber of Commerce manager Joe Hillings readily admits, 'I was one of the few guys on Capitol Hill able to get to the White House by marriage.' He's also one of the few guys whose present secretary handled correspondence for two Presidents Dwight D. Eisenhower and John F. Kennedy. The popular young husband and wife team who staff the Canoga chamber office met while he was an assistant journal clerk in Congress and Jo Ann was on the White House staff."
