Photograph caption dated April 22, 1955 reads "'Engineer Bill' Stulla moved cautiously when he walked into Debbie's shoes to become the 1955 'mayor' of Magnolia Park." Stulla, host of 'Engineer Bill's Cartoon Express,' became honorary mayor of the Burbank neighborhood, succeeding actress Debbie Reynolds.
