Fuson will tell you that it can be done. Fuson, who lives at 12141 Hillslope St., North Hollywood, started as a CHP motorcycle patrolman in Santa Cruz County in 1932. In 1956 he was appointed supervising inspector and commander of Zone Five, which includes Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties... As commander of the largest highway patrol divisions in the state, Fuson coordinates and supervises the activities of 193 automobiles and 234 motorcycles - one of the largest traffic units in the country."
