Flowers can be seen on a second-story balcony, where a Chinese man can be seen sitting in a chair. A metal gate covers a shop window on the first floor. Two automobiles can be seen in the foreground at right, and a man is visible near the two cars. Utility wires are visible overhead. A flag can be seen on the roof of the building.
