Photograph of an exterior view of a two-story house in Hancock Park, Los Angeles, [s.d.]. The large building is at center. It is made of light-colored bricks. A wide chimney can be seen in the middle of the house at center. Several large arched French doors can be seen along the lower floor of the house, while rectangular windows can be seen on the upper floor. The roof of the house is steeply sloped and even curves in some places. It is covered with light-colored shingles. The front yard contains neat rows of hedges and neatly trimmed grass. Handwritten on back of photoprint: "Roy S. Farmer".
