Description: The West's major summer musical event, the Symphonies Under the Stars, opens July 7, 1936, at the Hollywood Bowl. Here is a typical view of a concert. Thousands of music lovers will sit under the canopy of stars and enjoy the melodies on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights during the Bowl season.
