Description
Photograph of an aerial view of a road curving through Topanga Canyon, ca.1915. The road begins in the foreground at right and winds its way through the curving contours of the canyon before disappearing into the distance at center. It appears to be newly cut, as the left side of the road is free of the brush that occupies the rest of the canyon. There is a wooden guardrail running along the right side of the road. Deep in the canyon at right is a narrow dirt trail. Several large trees are scattered throughout the canyon.
