Description
Photograph of the external view of the Hotel Guirnalda, Pasadena, ca.1910. The hotel is about three stories tall. Each floor has a covered arcade (patio) visible from the façade. A dormer window protrudes from the inclined mission tiled roof. There are two visible multicurved mission parapets -- one on the side of the building and the other on the façade. At right, there is a driveway that leads to a portico on the right side of the building. The lawn is well manicured. Trees and utility poles line the sidewalk.
