Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated December 9, 1957 reads, "Choral group and band from Valley churches leads off group of 33 floats entered by churches. Floats depicted life of Christ from prophecy and nativity to resurrection and ascension. In addition to church group, a second division of floats and marching bands passed along parade route to Oxnard street to Vanowen street on Van Nuys boulevard."
